By accessing or using Runchey Research ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Runchey Research is an educational platform that provides:

• Financial analysis content generated through an AI ensemble methodology using Large Language Models
• Educational articles about investing concepts and AI analysis techniques
• Reference materials and framework documentation
• Commentary on publicly traded securities

The Service is designed to help users understand financial analysis frameworks and develop their own critical thinking skills. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

Much of our analysis is generated using artificial intelligence (Large Language Models). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations"
• We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated analysis
• You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it
• The presence of "human verification" labels indicates review, not guarantee of accuracy

5. Subscription and Payments

Some content requires a paid subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is handled according to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The analysis or content will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runchey Research, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our methodologies for commercial use
• Redistribute Premium content without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

All content, methodologies, branding, and software on the Service are owned by Runchey Research or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Washington State, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Runchey Research.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
